A4 Roll-Fold Charity Leaflet Design

I am a trustee for a small UK conservation charity - Hen Harrier Action - and I’m supporting a number of charity events and need a cost-effective A4 roll-fold leaflet that focuses on clear information rather than hard-sell promotion and will have longevity. The final piece must neatly cover three things: a concise overview of the charity’s mission and goals, a couple of panels about the charity's activities and why Hen Harriers are important, and straightforward contact details explaining how people can get involved.

I already have a preferred colour scheme I’d like you to follow; I’ll share the exact palette as soon as we start. Other than that, you’ll have creative freedom on typography and layout, provided everything remains easy to read when folded.

I will write the copy and supply images to make it as straightforward as possible. I have a small local print company who've done a good job for us in the past. I have to deliver some of the leaflets to an event in early April. I've done a very rough (!) wireframe in PowerPoint which I've attached.

Deliverables
• Print-ready, CMYK PDF with bleed, set up for an A4 roll-fold (6 panels).
• An editable source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar) so we can update dates in future.

Acceptance
The leaflet should fold cleanly to DL size, text must be legible at arm’s length, and colours should match the supplied palette when proofed. If that sounds straightforward, I’m ready to move quickly.
