Reunion Name Tag Design & Print
Budget: $300 – $900 USD
I’m coordinating our upcoming high-school reunion and I need a full service solution for the name tags—from concept through delivery.
Scope
• Produce printed, rectangular badges that can hang from standard lanyards.
• Layout must feature the alumnus’ first name in large, legible type, followed by the last name, plus their original yearbook photo.
• I don’t yet have a set design, so I’ll rely on your creative proposals that still feel nostalgic and “school-spirited.” Using our school colors is a bonus but not mandatory.
Process
1. You share two-to-three initial design options (front only; the back can stay blank).
2. Once I approve a design, you prepare a template so I can supply the final list of names and scanned photos.
3. After a quick proof round, you handle printing on durable card stock or PVC, punch a single slot for the lanyard, and ship the finished tags to me.
Deliverables
- Digital proofs (PDF or similar) for sign-off
- Final printed tags, trimmed and slotted for lanyards, counted and packed
Acceptance Criteria
• First name clearly readable from six feet away
• Colors match the approved proof
• No smudging or misalignment on any tag
