A polished, visually engaging brochure is the final touch I need to present a new residential listing to potential buyers. The booklet’s sole objective is to serve as a dedicated property brochure, so every spread must spotlight the home’s amenities and layout—room flow, finishes, floor-plan visuals, and any lifestyle images that bring those features to life.
I will supply photography, brand colours, and the basic copy. Your task is to transform that material into a clean, modern multi-page brochure suitable for both digital distribution and professional print runs.
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, embedded fonts)
• Web-optimised PDF for email and online viewing
• Editable source file (InDesign preferred, Illustrator or Photoshop acceptable)
Acceptance Criteria
• All amenities and layout details are clearly highlighted with consistent styling.
• High-resolution images remain crisp in both versions.
• Final files meet standard commercial print specifications and open without errors.
