Refine Construction Portfolio Magazine Design

I have a portfolio magazine of my construction company ready in PDF format. It includes our residential projects, planning services, BOQ work, and quantity takeoff capabilities.
I am looking for a professional designer to refine, restructure, and elevate the overall presentation to make it look more premium, corporate, and client-focused.
