Real Estate Portfolio Layout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting together a visual portfolio that showcases residential designs. Looking for someone who can take the existing photo set, sort everything in categories example, Outdoor kitchens, landscaping, interior rooms, steal frames. The person must look at all the photos and decide on best categories given the set of photos. Then lay the images out in a modern-yet-elegant style.
Mixed image sizes are welcome; in fact, I’d like you to decide how best to vary dimensions so the presentation feels dynamic without looking cluttered. That means combining full-bleed hero shots with smaller supporting images, adjusting orientation, and balancing white space for a refined flow from page to page. Try to limit the number of pages. Photos should be big enough to view but small enough to not be to large.
You’re free to work in InDesign, Canva, Affinity Publisher, or any platform you’re comfortable with, as long as the final file can be delivered in both print-ready PDF and an editable source format. High-resolution output (300 dpi) is important because I may send this to a professional printer later.
Deliverables:
• Curated and categorized image set.
• Fully designed portfolio file in editable format
• Print-ready PDF (A4 or US Letter—let’s confirm)
Once I approve the first draft, we’ll do one revision round to fine-tune placement, typography, or pacing if necessary.
