Real Estate Flyer Creation
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I want a single-page flyer that showcases one of our featured listings in a polished, persuasive way. This piece will be used both digitally and as a handout at open houses, so I’ll need a design that looks great on screen and prints crisply at standard letter size.
Here’s the scope:
• Purpose: promote a specific property—its key features, photos, pricing, and contact info must stand out immediately.
• Format: print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi) plus an editable source file in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop—whatever you’re most comfortable with—as well as a web-optimized JPEG or PNG for email blasts and social media.
• Style: clean, modern real-estate aesthetic that aligns with our brand colors and typography (I’ll supply the palette, fonts, copy, and hi-res photos once we start).
• Turnaround: first draft within three days, with up to two revision rounds to fine-tune layout and wording.
