Real Estate Corporate Brochure Design

I will provide the full content, and a clear outline for our new corporate brochure; your task is to translate that material into a premium, minimalistic layout that lets our real-estate portfolio speak for itself including images and icons.

The look and feel must be clean, elegant, and absolutely trustworthy—lots of white space, disciplined typography, and subtle use of colour drawn from our existing brand guidelines. Strong visual hierarchy is essential, with infographics and carefully curated high-quality images woven in to make each project page easy to scan during investor meetings and marketing presentations.

I expect you to work in Adobe InDesign (or an equivalent professional tool) and, where needed, bring in Illustrator/Photoshop for icons, diagrams, and photo optimisation. Throughout the process I’ll be on hand with prompt feedback, so we can fine-tune every spread until the narrative flows perfectly.
