Real Estate Brochure Revamp
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m refreshing an existing brochure for a new phase of my real-estate development and I need a designer who can give it an investor-focused polish. You’ll start from the current file (InDesign package) and apply three specific upgrades:
• swap in the revised copy I’ll supply,
• re-think the layout so the numbers and value propositions stand out to seasoned investors,
• replace several hero shots and lifestyle photos with the new high-resolution imagery I’ve licensed.
The page count and brand colours stay the same, but feel free to adjust grids, typography, and infographics so the narrative flows convincingly from project overview to projected ROI. All assets (fonts, logo files, photographs, the new text) will be in the shared folder the moment we kick off.
Deliverables I need at hand-off:
1. Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed & crop marks)
2. Optimised web PDF (under 10 MB)
3. Editable source file (InDesign 2023 .INDD plus linked assets)
I’m ready to review first proofs within two business days of project start and aim to sign off no later than the following week, so availability for quick turnarounds is essential. If you’re comfortable working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and have a portfolio of investor-oriented marketing collateral, let’s get this moving.
