Custom Printable Planner Design (Quarterly Notebook Series)

Project Description

I’m looking for an experienced planner designer to help me create a custom printable planner that will be produced as four separate quarterly notebooks.

This project is print-focused (not digital use), so strong experience with print layouts, margins, binding, and typography is essential.

Scope of Work

The planner will be divided into 4 books (one per quarter).
Each book should include:

Structure

Cover page

Brown monogram style

Each quarter has a different shade of brown

Clean, minimal, elegant aesthetic

Undated Monthly View

Minimal and functional

No pre-filled dates

Weekly Planning Section (Funnel Style)

Weekly view that supports:

High-level priorities

Weekly goals

Daily breakdown

Clear visual hierarchy

Notes Pages

After each weekly section:
→ Two full-spread lined pages

At the end of each book:
→ Approximately 20 lined pages

Design Requirements

Printable format (PDF + source files)

Proper margins for binding

Consistent typography throughout

Elegant, timeless layout

Neutral, earthy color palette

Monogram concept incorporated subtly

Deliverables

Print-ready PDFs for all 4 books

Editable source files (InDesign preferred, or equivalent)

Cover designs for all 4 quarterly planners

Final files suitable for professional printing

Ideal Freelancer
