Publish Picture Book IngramSpark & BN

I have a full-colour picture book that is already live on Kindle Direct Publishing. The print-ready file I currently hold is a single PDF exported for KDP, and I need that same title accepted—without revision requests—by both IngramSpark and Barnes & Noble Press.

Scope of work
• Check the existing KDP PDF for any issues that typically trigger rejections on IngramSpark or BN Press: spine width calculations, bleed and trim safety, colour profile (CMYK vs RGB), interior and cover alignment, and PDF/X standards.
• Apply only minor layout tweaks where required—most likely adjusting the spine thickness, bleed, or the way the double-page spreads meet so the artwork lines up perfectly. No major redesigns are anticipated.
• Produce two platform-specific, print-ready PDFs (interior and cover) that meet each site’s specs.
• Guide me through or handle the upload process, staying with the project until both dashboards show “Approved/Print Ready.”

Acceptance criteria
The job is finished when IngramSpark and Barnes & Noble Press both display the title as approved and ready to print, with no outstanding file or formatting errors.

If you routinely prep picture books and understand the nuances of IngramSpark’s bleed measurements and BN’s cover templates, this should be a straightforward conversion job.
