I am looking for an experienced graphic designer and marketing professional to create a high-end, corporate sales package and portfolio for a property services company.
Important: I already have most of the written content and service descriptions prepared. I am primarily looking for someone to professionally design, organize, and lay out the material into a polished, visually impressive sales package and portfolio.

The overall design should have a premium corporate appearance similar to large restoration, construction, and property service companies.
Before moving forward, I would like to see examples of similar work you have completed for previous clients. Experience working with companies in property management, construction, restoration, maintenance, or related service industries is preferred.
