This is NOT a traditional reading book. It is a functional log system that needs to feel like a practical, well-designed tool (similar to something you would buy in a sporting goods store), not a decorative planner or journal.
The focus is on usability, structure, and a premium, retail-ready feel.
Scope of Work:
* Design full interior (~120 pages)
* Multiple repeating page types (log tables, tracking pages, profile pages)
* Clean section headers and consistent layout system
* Print-ready PDF formatted for KDP (8.5" x 11", no bleed)
Key Requirements:
* Strong table design (NOT default Word tables)
* Clear visual hierarchy (headers, spacing, alignment)
* Large, comfortable writing space
* Consistent typography throughout
* Clean, minimal, slightly “industrial” feel (not decorative or “Etsy-style”)
Design Style:
* Minimal, structured, and functional
* No heavy graphics, icons, or decorative elements
* Should feel like a field tool or manual, not a lifestyle planner
Deliverables:
