Printed Marketing Booklet Design

I’ve already written the copy that explains who we are and how we operate; now I need it shaped into a polished printed booklet I can hand to trades, clients, and staff. The final piece should feel traditional—well-structured text supported by purposeful images—not an infographic-heavy or ultra-minimal piece.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Format: a print-ready booklet (portrait, saddle-stitched or perfect-bound depending on page count).
• Core section: a clear Company Overview drawn from my supplied text. I may still add services and testimonials later, so I’d like the layout kept flexible enough to slot those in if needed.
• Visual style: balanced mix of headings, body copy, and photos or diagrams I’ll provide; consistent typography, proper hierarchy, and plenty of white space.
• Deliverables:
– Editable source file (InDesign preferred)
– Press-quality PDF with bleeds, crops, and embedded fonts
– A short spec sheet for my printer (page size, stock, binding)
