Printable Wellness Journals & Trackers

I’m launching a line of healing-wellness digital products and need a creative partner to turn my concepts into polished, print-ready PDFs. The first two items on my roadmap are:

• A mental wellness journal that flows with engaging daily prompts and an easy-to-fill mood tracker on each spread.
• A habit tracker designed around clear weekly goals and visually appealing progress charts that make achievements obvious at a glance.

Both files should be delivered as high-resolution, CMYK PDFs suitable for home or professional printing, with layers or editable source files included so I can update text or color palettes in the future. Consistent typography, calming color schemes, and intuitive layout hierarchy are important; these pieces must feel inviting while remaining highly functional.
