Printable Sign Artwork Templates

I’m building a collection of ready-to-print art specifically for outdoor business signage and I’d like your help creating the template files. The look I’m after is straightforward “print art for signs”⁠—clean, bold visuals that read easily from a distance and can be dropped straight into a sign-maker’s workflow without extra tweaking.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A set of high-resolution templates delivered in both PDF and PNG.
• Each file sized and cropped for common outdoor formats (think storefront boards, freestanding panels, roadside banners), with trim marks, bleeds, and CMYK color profiles embedded.
• Layered or well-organized source files so future text or logo swaps are hassle-free.
• Designs must remain legible at large scale and comply with typical outdoor durability considerations (solid fills, clear contrast, limited fine detail).

I’ll supply any examples..........I would start with 30 real estate for sale templates.
