# BRIEFING — A-Frame Menu Boards, Restauracja Botanica

## Objective
Prepare print-ready files for a **double-sided A-frame**. Each side has two boards: a large one (top) and a small one (bottom). **Side 1 = Polish, Side 2 = German.** Final result: 4 print-ready files. Prices are final and correct — do not change any content or pricing. **All content must fit — adjust the layout, spacing, and text size so everything looks good and stays legible.**

## 2. Source materials provided
- **front PL** (PSD, layered) — food
- **front DE** (PSD, layered) — food
- **back DE** (PSD, layered) — pizza + drinks
- **back PL** — **PNG, NO layers, not editable** (see point 5)
- **pl_MENU_GÓRA 2025 + pl_MENU_DÓŁ 2025** (PDF) — **THIS IS THE LAYOUT REFERENCE.** It shows the correct portrait proportions for the A-frame. Match this arrangement.

## 3. Layout instructions (core of the job)
The 2026 PSD files are in **landscape** orientation (3-column menu card). The A-frame boards are **portrait**. **Re-flow the 2026 content into a portrait layout based on the 2025 reference boards.** Content split:

**LARGE board (food):** logo + contact info at top, then: starters, soups, salads, burgers, pasta, meat dishes, fish & seafood, **pizza**, kids' sets.
> Note: in the 2026 files, pizza sits on the "back" page with the drinks. On the A-frame, **pizza moves to the large food board**, exactly as in the 2025 layout.

**SMALL board (drinks):** cold drinks, teas, coffees, beer, wines, cocktails, shots, sides & sauces.

Adjust section placement, spacing, and text size so that **everything fits** and each board is balanced and legible.

## 4. Visual consistency
All 4 boards must share an **identical style** (same fonts, spacing, rules, header colors) so the PL and DE sides read as one matching set. Build the DE side in the same layout as PL.

## 5. The non-layered file (back PL)
The "back PL" file is a flattened PNG and **cannot be edited or re-flowed.** Therefore: **rebuild the small PL board from scratch**, using the small DE board layout (back DE is layered) as the structure, and inserting the **Polish text and Polish prices from the 2026 "back PL" file.** Use the PNG only as a content reference.

## 6. Board dimensions (exact, portrait orientation)
- **Large board:** width **79.5 cm** × height **99.5 cm**
- **Small board:** width **79.5 cm** × height **48.5 cm**
- Add **3 mm bleed on all sides** (large = 80.1 × 100.1 cm, small = 80.1 × 49.1 cm). Final trimmed size stays 79.5 cm wide — the bleed is extra material the printer cuts off.

## 7. Print specifications
- Color mode: **CMYK**
- Resolution: **100–150 DPI at 1:1 scale** (large-format, viewed from a distance)
- File format: **print-ready PDF** (or TIFF), with 3 mm bleed included
- Convert text to outlines or embed all fonts
