I am looking for a freelancer to design a professional print advertisement for my company.

Final ad size: 193 mm x 83 mm
Main use: local print advertising
Main goal: generate phone calls
Important
One of the intended uses is newspaper printing in black and white, but I also want the ad to be designed in color first, so I can reuse it later in other formats and for other nearby villages.
This means I need:
a color version
a black and white version
a design that works well in both
