Print Cover Designer (Premium Memory Books)
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to create premium print covers for our high-end memory book collection. These are physical products featuring hot foil stamping (gold embossing), requiring precise print production knowledge and exceptional design skills.
Requirements:
Technical Skills (Non-negotiable):
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
Deep understanding of print production processes
Experience with hot foil stamping/gold embossing specifications
Knowledge of die-cutting, bleed, safe zones, and print-ready file preparation
Ability to work with CMYK color profiles and Pantone specifications
Experience preparing files for professional printing houses
Portfolio Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years designing physical book covers
Demonstrated experience with premium print products
Portfolio must include examples of covers with special finishes (foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or similar)
Previous work with memory books, journals, or guided notebooks is a strong plus
Design Approach:
Clean, elegant, timeless aesthetic
Understanding of premium product positioning
Ability to create emotionally resonant designs for family-focused products
Attention to detail and commitment to professional quality standards
