Project Overview
We are an Indian LLP in IT & Security and we require highly professional and premium business stationery designs.
This project includes designing:
Business Card (Front + Back)
Letterhead (A4)
GST-Compliant Tax Invoice Template (A4)
The overall look must be luxury, rich, and corporate premium — not cheap, not generic, not imperfect.
Important Note (Budget & Scope Clarity)
We already have a finalized company logo.
We also already have the brand colors / color codes and overall direction.
So this is NOT a logo creation / branding project.
This is only a stationery design project using our existing logo + colors.
Because the logo and branding are already available, we expect this project to be priced accordingly (lower than full branding projects).
1) Business Card Design Requirements
Design Expectations
The business card must look highly premium and match the overall organization branding.
The logo must be clear, sharp, and high quality.
All text details must be clearly visible and readable.
The design should look professional and rich, with strong layout and alignment.
Back Side Requirement
The back side of the business card must contain the full logo, neatly aligned and centered.
Back design must look elegant and premium (not plain or misaligned).
Concepts
Provide minimum 2 different concepts for the business card design.
Concepts should be created using your own imagination and design vision while matching our requirements.
Both concepts should feel premium and professional.
Colors / Branding
The colors you use must enhance the logo and support our brand.
Color combinations must be premium and well-balanced (no low-quality color choices).
The overall design should feel corporate and rich.

2) Letterhead Design Requirements (A4)

The colors used must match the logo and reflect the company’s premium standards.
The design must not look cheap, imperfect, or inconsistent.
Watermark Requirement
The logo must also appear as a watermark on the page.
Watermark must look clean and professional (subtle, not overpowering).

For now use random placeholder details for sections that can be edited later.
Ensure the design layout supports easy editing and professional printing.
3) GST-Compliant TAX INVOICE Design (A4)
Design Expectations
The invoice should look premium and professional (similar branding to letterhead).
The design can be similar to the letterhead but must be structured like a proper invoice.
Include the logo properly and maintain professional spacing and alignment.
