RFQ – Full graphic design for pizza vending machine
1. Project objective
A fixed-price proposal is requested for the development of a complete graphic design for wrapping a pizza vending machine. The objective is to achieve a commercial, professional and highly attractive image, focused on maximizing customer capture in high-traffic environments.
The project includes two workstreams:
* Optimization and improvement of the existing logo
* Full graphic design for the machine wrap
2. Scope of work
2.1 Logo improvement
* Refinement of the existing logo (base will be provided if available)
* Delivery of 1 aditional alternative logo proposal
* Typographic, color and visual identity adjustments
* Final delivery in multiple formats
2.2 Machine design
* Full design development for the machine wrap
* Adaptation to all visible surfaces (front, sides, top)
* Design focused on visual impact, message clarity and commercial appeal
* Consistent integration with the logo and visual identity
Number of proposals:
* 1 proposal based on improvement of the provided reference design
* 2 additional alternative creative proposals
3. Creative direction
The design must meet the following criteria:
* Strong visual impact from a distance
* Clear and immediate understanding of the product and value proposition
* Modern, clean and professional aesthetic
* Strong food appeal (appetizing visuals)
* Optimized for impulse buying
* Suitable for urban or high-traffic environments
4. Process and revisions
* A minimum of 3 revision rounds must be included for each workstream (logo and machine design)
* Each round must include reasonable adjustments within the selected concept
* The project is considered fixed-scope, with no additional charges beyond what is agreed
5. Reference material
* An initial design is provided as reference
* A clear improvement of the provided design is expected (aesthetic, commercial and impact optimization)
* In addition, completely new creative directions must be presented, not limited to the reference style
6. Deliverables
The supplier must deliver:
* Editable vector files (AI, EPS or equivalent)
* Print-ready PDF files
* High-resolution files (PNG, JPG)
* PNG files with transparent background
* Versions suitable for web use
* Versions adapted for large-scale applications (full machine, large surfaces)
* Color versions and any necessary variations
* Final adaptations to the exact machine dimensions
* Realistic mockups applied to the machine
7. Technical print requirements
* Design prepared for large-format printing
* CMYK color mode
Minimum resolution:
* standard for large format printing
* Final files delivered as print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks if required
* Proper preparation for vinyl wrapping / machine covering
* Clearly defined working scale (1:1 or proportional)
8. Timeline
* The designer must indicate:
* Delivery time for initial proposals
* Time required per revision round
* Total project delivery time
* The timeline must be included in the quotation
9. Pricing
* Fixed price for the full project
* All scope described must be included in the price
10. Portfolio
* The supplier must include a link to relevant previous work
* Experience with vending machines or similar wraps is required
* Experience with pizza-related machines or food vending will be prioritized
11. Rights and usage
* Full transfer of usage rights
* Unlimited commercial use
