Personalised Anniversary Newspaper Draft

I’m putting together a one–off, personalised newspaper to celebrate a special anniversary and need a skilled layout pro to turn my raw materials into a polished, print-ready draft. The entire focus is customised and personal, so every page must feel like it was written just for the couple we’re honouring.

Content I will supply
• Photos with suggested captions
• Short personal stories and memories
• Warm congratulations messages

Scope of work
You’ll weave these elements into an “Anniversary” section that looks and reads like a real newspaper feature. Think classic column structure, headline hierarchy, balanced white space and high-resolution imagery placements. I’m open to your creative flair, but the end result has to be clean, elegant and easy for a local printer to run without extra tweaks.

Deliverables
– Editable source file (InDesign, Affinity Publisher or similar)
– Print-ready PDF in CMYK, with bleeds and crop marks
– Web preview PDF (RGB) for sharing online
– Up to two rounds of minor revisions after the first draft

Acceptance criteria
A print shop should be able to drop the PDF straight into production, and the design must clearly showcase each photo, story and message with consistent styling.
