10-Page Property Brochure Design

I have the full copy ready for a ten-page A4 brochure and need it laid out into a polished, easy-to-read PDF. The document must stay in portrait orientation, follow a modern and clean aesthetic, and use my company colours throughout. I’ll supply the logo and, if you need them, brand guidelines; you’ll source high-quality stock photos of residential property that complement each section.

Each page should carry clear section titles and unobtrusive page numbers so the flow remains professional without feeling cluttered. Beyond those two items, the layout is yours to finesse—consistent typography, considered white space, and subtle colour accents are key. No need for separate headers or footers.

The deliverables I’m expecting are:
• Print-ready PDF (A4, portrait, 300 dpi)
• Editable source file from Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or an equivalent design tool so my team can update text later if needed

Turnaround is flexible for quality work, but please include an estimated timeline in your proposal along with a quick sample of similar property or corporate brochures you’ve produced.
