Outlook-Compatible Client Flyer Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a single-page flyer that gives my existing clients a clear, visually appealing general update. The copy and images are already prepared, but every layout I try breaks once it lands in Outlook 365—text shifts, images misalign, and overall formatting falls apart.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Rebuild the flyer so it stays perfectly intact inside Outlook 365 (both the preview pane and full view).
• Preserve my provided branding, copy, and high-resolution images exactly as supplied.
• Deliver the final artwork in two formats: a print-ready PDF and an email-friendly file that Outlook 365 renders without glitches.
If you know the quirks of Word/HTML tables, inline CSS, and image-to-text ratios that Outlook tolerates, this should be straightforward. Once finished, I’ll test it against my own mailbox; acceptance is simply that the design displays pixel-perfect on Outlook 365 without triggering formatting issues.
