Numbered Raffle Ticket Design

I’m putting together a raffle for Puzzle Sports Bar in Kaiserslautern and need a clean, print-ready ticket layout that already carries sequential numbers. The finished piece must fit the standard 2" x 5.5" format so it slides easily into the perforation stack our printer uses.

Please build the artwork around the bar’s existing colour palette; I’ll hand over the logo files and HEX values as soon as we start. Visually it should feel on-brand rather than overly flashy, but still pop enough to catch a patron’s eye when they pick it up at the counter.

Content to place on the ticket: the event name with date, a short prize rundown, and our contact details. I’ll provide exact copy—just leave editable text layers so I can tweak wording last minute if needed.

Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, 0.125" bleed)
• Source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign) with unlocked layers
• Consecutive numbering set up for at least 1,000 tickets, positioned where the printer can trim without cutting digits

Once I sign off on a static proof, I’ll need the numbered batch exported, so experience with data merge or ticket numbering plugins will be a plus. Looking forward to working with someone who can move quickly—our launch night is coming up soon.
