NGO Annual Report Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fresh, professional annual report that captures our NGO’s impact, achievements, financials, and human stories in a clean, modern layout. All narrative text, raw data, and brand guidelines will be supplied; what I’m missing is a designer who can turn them into a cohesive, visually engaging document.
Key elements to weave throughout the report are infographics, high-quality photographs, and clear charts & graphs that make complex information instantly understandable. Strong typography and an eye for white space are essential so the content feels accessible rather than overwhelming.
The finished piece must arrive as a print-ready PDF—CMYK, correct bleeds and margins, and sized for both in-house printing and commercial presses. Packaged source files (InDesign or similar) should accompany the final PDF so we can update figures in future editions.
Timeline is tight: I’d like to approve the first full draft within days of kickoff and reach sign-off as soon as possible, so reliable communication and the capacity to iterate quickly are critical.

Acceptance Criteria
1. All data visualisations accurately reflect the supplied figures.
2. Colours, fonts, and tone match our brand guide.
3. Layout is consistent, with logical hierarchy and no widows/orphans.
4. Final PDF passes a standard pre-flight check.
