Multilingual Healthcare Material Designer

Job ID: 40576041

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 INR

We're looking for a freelance graphic designer to create a set of print-ready sales and outreach materials for our diagnostics and healthcare platform.
This isn't just a design task — we need someone who will first understand our business, positioning, and the ground realities of the diagnostics/pharma trade (chemist relationships, institutional camps, doctor partnerships) before designing. You'll work with us through multiple rounds of requirement freezing, so flexibility during discovery is essential.

Deliverables
1. Chemist/Distributor — Brochure
Two-sided, separate Hindi and English versions. Carried and showcased by our sales team during visits. Content focus: our services, credibility, partnership value for trade partners.
2. Chemist/Distributor — Counter Pamphlet
Two-sided, separate Hindi and English versions. Left behind at the chemist/distributor counter after the visit — more compact, quick-reference format distinct from the showcase brochure. Content focus: key offerings + contact/next steps.
3. Camp Activity (Institutions & Companies) — Brochure
Two-sided, separate Hindi and English versions. Carried and showcased by sales team while pitching corporate/institutional health camps. Content focus: camp offerings, packages, logistics, partnership rationale.
4. Camp Activity — Leave-Behind Pamphlet
Two-sided, separate Hindi and English versions. Left with the institution/company contact after the pitch. Content focus: quick offer summary + how to proceed.
5. Doctor Collaboration Pamphlet
Two-sided, English only. Invites doctors to collaborate on diagnostics referrals and online consultations. Content focus: referral process, partnership/revenue model, platform credibility, ease of collaboration.

What We Need From You

Strong portfolio in print collateral — brochures, pamphlets, trade marketing material (healthcare/pharma experience strongly preferred, not mandatory)
Comfortable working in both Hindi and English — reviewing, adapting, and suggesting content, not just placing translated text
Ability to differentiate a "showcase" piece from a "leave-behind" piece within the same audience — different information density and purpose, same visual family
Ability to recommend content structure, color themes, and visual tone suited to three distinct audiences — chemists, institutions, and doctors
Awareness of current healthcare business context in India — market challenges, trust deficits, regulatory sensitivities around medical advertising claims
General awareness of the political/regulatory climate that could affect messaging — judgment on what's safe to print, not a political opinion
Open to iteration: requirements will be refined over multiple rounds before final freeze
Working knowledge of design software (Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop or Canva Pro minimum), able to deliver print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, correct resolution) plus editable source files

Process We'll Follow

Discovery call — understand our business, audience, current challenges
Content & structure draft — proposed hierarchy per piece, distinguishing brochure vs. pamphlet purpose
Design concepts — 2 color/theme directions per category (English first; Hindi follows once design is frozen)
Iteration — up to 2 revision rounds per piece before freeze
Final delivery — print-ready CMYK PDFs + editable source files + RGB digital versions

Ideal Candidate

Freelancer or small studio based in India
Prior experience designing for pharma, diagnostics, hospitals, or healthcare distributors — strong plus
Can work independently after briefing, propose best of content and design
Responsive during IST business hours for quick review cycles
