Mortgage Health Check Materials Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a modern, clean Mortgage Health Check landing page built directly inside Jotform. Its primary purpose is to provide clear, trustworthy information that encourages visitors to submit a short enquiry form. The entire page, along with the form, must be packaged so it can be imported straight into my Jotform account without additional tinkering.
Alongside the landing page, I also require:
• A4 client flyer (print-ready PDF) that reflects the same visual language. All copy and key points come from the RFP and the visual design board I will share.
• A Jotform auto-responder email that thanks the user, reinforces our value, and mirrors the look and tone of the landing page.
Assets supplied to you: full RFP, brand colour palette, typography specs, imagery guidelines, and a visual design board overview graphic.
Deliverables will be approved once:
1. The Jotform page imports flawlessly and matches the modern, clean style.
2. The flyer prints crisply at A4, aligns with provided brand assets, and communicates the required RFP content.
3. The auto-responder email is configured in Jotform, renders well on desktop and mobile, and carries the same branding.
If you’re comfortable designing directly in Jotform and can keep all three pieces visually consistent, I’m ready to share the source files and kick this off right away.
