Modern 900×500 Rental Sign

I need a fresh, modern design for a 900 mm × 500 mm “TO LET” board that will sit outside rental properties. The only mandatory content is a clearly visible contact number; everything else—layout, typography, icons, supporting text—is up to your creative judgement, as long as it keeps the overall look crisp and contemporary.

Because this will go straight to the printers, I’ll require a print-ready file (preferably PDF or EPS) with correct bleed and crop marks, plus the editable source file (AI, PSD, or similar). If you’d like to show a quick colour mock-up first, feel free; I’m open on palette as long as the sign stays eye-catching from the street.

Once I approve the concept, I’ll sign off as soon as the final artwork passes a quick check for size accuracy, legibility at distance, and file integrity.
