Modern PDF Yearbook Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m assembling this year’s digital yearbook as a single, press-ready PDF and need someone who can translate my raw material into a sleek, contemporary layout. The finished book should flow smoothly from opening spreads through closing credits, with clean typography, plenty of white space and subtle graphic touches that keep the focus on the memories.
Here’s what I will provide: high-resolution photos, student bios, event write-ups and a rough order of pages. Your task is to transform that content into a cohesive publication that feels modern and polished while remaining easy to read on any screen or in print.
Core expectations
• Modern and sleek visual style throughout
• All photos paired with concise captions I’ll supply
• Dedicated profile sections for each student
• Engaging event summaries integrated where they make the most sense in the narrative
• Final output: one high-quality, printable PDF (CMYK, embedded fonts) plus the packaged source file from Adobe InDesign or an equivalent professional layout tool for future edits
Acceptance criteria
• Consistent margins, grid and typography across every page
• Image resolution maintained at 300 dpi or higher
• Internal links in the table of contents that jump to the correct sections
• Proofreading pass for basic typos before delivery
I’m ready to start as soon as I see a quick sample layout or a link to similar yearbook, magazine or look-book projects you’ve completed. Let me know your timeline for the first mock-ups and any questions you have about the content or structure.
