Modern Open House Invitation Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m launching an open house at my office and need a modern, sleek invitation that works online and in print. The same creative should translate cleanly from an emailed PDF or image post to a press-ready file I can hand to the printer without extra tweaks.
Key things the final artwork must include:
• RSVP details presented clearly—guests should be able to respond in one click for digital and by phone/email on the printed piece.
• A subtle, opaque version of our logo worked into the background so the brand feels present yet not distracting.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Print-ready file (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed and trim marks).
2. Digital version optimized for email/social (RGB, reasonable file size).
3. Editable source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or layered PSD) so I can update dates or times myself later.
4. I need to printable layout to be able to fit 4 on a single sheet of legal sized paper so I can print and mail some.
5. I might need an opaque pic of my father and I added.
If you can suggest optional touches—like a minimalist map or an at-a-glance agenda—let me know; I’m open as long as the overall look stays clean and contemporary. Turnaround is important, so please include an estimated timeline when you reply.
