Modern Invoice & Interview Templates
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m launching my marriage-celebrant venture, True Love Celebrations, and I want a polished yet warm client experience from day one. I need two matching documents designed in a clean, modern style and supplied as ready-to-use PDFs:
1. An invoice that clearly captures client details, a concise service description, and straightforward payment terms. It should look professional, align with the celebrant theme (subtle romantic touches, not over-the-top), and be easy for me to update for each booking.
2. A client interview sheet that follows the same look and feel, guiding couples through the key questions I’ll ask during our first meeting. Think form-style fields I can type into or print and fill by hand.
Both files must arrive as high-resolution PDFs, set up so I can edit text in Acrobat or another standard editor without breaking the layout.
Deliverables will be accepted once:
• visual style is clearly modern and consistent across both documents
• the invoice contains the three specified sections in an intuitive order
• text is fully editable and fonts are either embedded or freely licensed
