Modern Farm Logo Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to craft a modern logo for our small farm. The logo should be versatile enough to be printed on t-shirts (front and back) and paper.

Requirements:
- Incorporate farm animals, our farm name, and the year established
- Modern design aesthetic
- Suitable for both apparel and stationery
