Modern Event Promotion Poster

I’m preparing a launch weekend for my business on 22–23 November 2025 and I want a single, eye-catching poster that feels unmistakably modern. The goal is straightforward: drive interest in the event itself, not just general brand awareness, so the layout needs to focus on the date, the “launch weekend” message, and a clear call-to-action.

Essentials that must appear:
• The exact weekend (22–23 Nov 2025)
• My preferred contact line (phone and email— I’ll supply the details)

Everything else—venue map, ticket price, QR codes—can be worked in only if it serves the design and doesn’t clutter the aesthetic. Clean typography, strong colour blocking and generous negative space are the style cues I have in mind.

Please deliver:
• One print-ready file (300 dpi PDF suitable for A3)
• A web-optimised PNG/JPEG for social sharing
• The original, editable source (AI, PSD or similar) so I can update details later

I’ll provide logos, brand colours and copy on award. An initial concept within two days and up to two rounds of revisions should be plenty; I just need to be sure the final artwork is polished, balanced and ready for the printer.
