Modern Drycleaner Leaflet Design

I run a neighbourhood dry-cleaning shop in Delhi and I’m preparing a newspaper-insert leaflet to boost walk-in traffic. I already have a rough concept sketched out; what I need now is an experienced designer who can refine it into a polished, press-ready layout.

The leaflet must highlight three things very clearly:
• our full contact details and shop address,
• the core list of cleaning and laundry services we provide, and
• the special offers and discounts we’re running this season.

My taste leans toward a clean, modern look—crisp typography, balanced white space, and visuals that feel current rather than traditional. I’m open on the colour palette as long as the final piece feels fresh and eye-catching against the morning paper.

Deliverables I expect:
• One A5 (or similar) double-sided leaflet, ready for offset printing and newspaper insertion
• High-resolution PDF plus all editable source files (AI, PSD, or InDesign)
• Print bleed, crop marks and CMYK colour setup checked
