Minimalistic Logo Leather Printing

I’m looking for assistance or ideas on how to get a very simple image onto a leather product for a custom gift for someone very important to me. I was envisioning foil printing or engraving on a pink leather card holder, but I’m open to other ideas.

The image is a simple hand-drawn heart with an arrow through it, containing the letters “M” and “A.” It will be provided as a PNG (or similar format) traced from something I drew on a window, and I’d like to maintain its original form.

Can anyone assist with this project or suggest another approach?
