We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to design a professional logo and a smart membership/access card for a healthcare technology project.
The card will be used with a self-service health kiosk system, so the design must look modern, medical, and technology-focused.
We already have a concept design for the card and need a professional designer to recreate and improve it in full vector format suitable for printing and manufacturing.
Scope of Work
1. Logo Design
Design a clean, modern medical technology logo.
Requirements:
• Healthcare / medical technology style
• Professional corporate look
• Simple and recognizable
• Works well on kiosks, cards, websites, and apps
• Must include icon + text version
Deliverables:
• Logo in AI, SVG, PNG, and PDF
• Black and white version
• Transparent background
• Scalable vector version
2. Smart Card Design
Design a membership / access card used for a health kiosk system.
The card has two sides.
Front side elements:
• Logo
• Title text
• Subtitle text
• Smart card chip placeholder
• Card ID field (example: CARD ID: LAG0001)
Back side elements:
• Membership card title
• Short descriptive text
• Website field
• Phone numbers
• ECG / heartbeat line graphic
• Short tagline
A reference concept image will be provided.
Technical Requirements
The final card design must be print-ready for smart card manufacturing.
