Luxurious Treatment Sheet Redesign

I have two existing treatment sheets that need a complete visual overhaul. They are used in-clinic during consultations and then handed to clients, so the new design has to strike the perfect balance between luxury aesthetics and everyday practicality.

All brand assets are ready for you—Pantone swatches, logos, and our proprietary font family—so you can dive straight into layout and refinement. My priority is a truly high-end look: elegant spacing, polished typography, and a tactile sense of exclusivity that mirrors our premium services. Gold foiling, subtle textures, or other refined touches are welcome as long as they remain print-friendly and do not compromise legibility during note-taking.

Core content to weave seamlessly into each sheet: clear service descriptions and concise pricing details. Placement should feel intuitive for both practitioner and client, with logical sections for quick reference while maintaining a visually cohesive flow.

Deliverables
• Two print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleed)
• Editable source files in your native design software (InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• A brief hand-off guide noting fonts, Pantone values, and any specialty finishes recommended
