Looking for a Skilled InDesign Designer

I have a growing queue of print pieces—ranging from promotional brochures to multi-page magazines and an occasional short book—that need to move from raw text and images into polished, press-ready layouts. All source material is organised, and I’m comfortable providing clear briefs, but I’m looking for someone who can translate those briefs into clean, professional pages in Adobe InDesign with minimal back-and-forth.
You’ll be working directly in InDesign (current Creative Cloud version), applying strong typographic hierarchy, consistent styles, proper master pages, and correct bleeds and margins so the files sail smoothly through pre-press. I’m flexible on visual direction; some projects lean modern and minimal, others call for a more classic or expressive approach, so an adaptable design eye is important.
Typical deliverables for each assignment
• Packaged InDesign file with linked assets and fonts
• Press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, trimmed and with bleeds)
• A low-res proof PDF for quick review
