Kumbh Photobook Layout Designer
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to turn a curated set of photographs from the Kumbh into a premium, large-format coffee-table book and need a designer who can make the layouts sing. Narrative sequencing is sketched out, yet the real magic—combining ample white space, large impactful images, and subtle traditional motifs—is where your craft comes in.
You’ll build a bespoke grid, select type that feels fresh without ignoring cultural roots, and guide production details such as paper, binding, and finishes. Alongside me and the lead photographer, you’ll refine the flow, polish every spread, and then deliver immaculate press-ready files.
Deliverables
• Full InDesign (or comparable) file with master pages and linked hi-res images
• Printer-ready PDFs that pass pre-flight checks
• Production spec sheet covering stock, binding, foils, and finishes
• Brief rationale explaining grid, type, and motif choices
Acceptance criteria: layouts feature generous white space, elegant traditional touches, and dramatic full-bleed imagery; colour proofs match intent; final files output cleanly on press.
If balancing modern clarity with cultural depth is your thing, I’d love to hear how you’d approach it and when you can start.
