KDP Print & eBook Formatting

I have a completed non-fiction manuscript sitting in Microsoft Word and now need it professionally converted into a fully KDP-ready package for both print and Kindle eBook. The print trim size I’m using is 7 × 10 inches (a custom size that KDP supports), and I’d like the interior set in a clean sans-serif face such as Arial with consistent hierarchy, comfortable line spacing and margins that meet KDP’s bleed and gutter requirements.

Beyond the core layout, I also need the usual front- and back-matter polished—title page, copyright, table of contents (linked for the eBook version), page numbers, running headers or footers where appropriate, plus clean chapter openings. If any images, tables or call-outs need reflowing for eBook, please handle those so the digital edition looks as intentional as the print PDF.

Deliverables:
• Print-ready PDF that passes KDP’s previewer at 7 × 10
• Reflowable eBook file (EPUB or KPF) validated for Kindle
• Updated, unlocked Word file reflecting the final layout
