Instagram Social Media Manager & Content Designer (Remote – Oman/Muscat Based)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Work Arrangement:
Tasks can be freely managed from home (remote work)
Candidate must be based in Oman, preferably within the Muscat Governorate, for ease of coordination when required
Scope of Work
1. Instagram Content & Design
Design professional and visually appealing Instagram posts
Prepare and execute a monthly content plan (posts, captions, hashtags)
Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and tone
Deliver content consistently according to the agreed schedule
2. Social Media Communication Management
Manage Instagram communication, including:
Replying to comments
Responding to direct messages (DMs)
Handle WhatsApp messages related to inquiries, orders, or general communication
Maintain professional, friendly, and timely communication
3. Daily Coordination
Coordinate daily with the Manager
Share updates on:
Engagement and performance
Issues, inquiries, or required support
Apply feedback and make necessary improvements promptly
Project Duration
Initial duration: 1 month
Start date: Next month
Renewal: Possible extension for additional months based on performance
Ideal Candidate
Based in Oman (Muscat Governorate preferred)
Proven experience in Instagram management and content design
Proficient in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator or similar tools
Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is an advantage)
Organized, reliable, and responsive
Able to manage tasks independently while working remotely
