Insert Translations into InDesign Catalog

Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe InDesign specialist to update an existing catalog by placing pre-translated text into the original InDesign file.

This is a layout-only project — no translation, redesign, or creative changes are required.

Scope of Work:
Insert translated text into the provided InDesign (.INDD or .IDML) file
Maintain the original layout, formatting, and styles
Adjust text boxes as needed to accommodate language expansion
Ensure all images and links remain intact (no broken links)
Export a print-ready PDF matching the original quality

Important Notes:
The translation is already complete — you will NOT be translating
Some languages may expand or contract, so minor spacing adjustments are expected
Maintain overall visual consistency with the original catalog

Deliverables:
Packaged InDesign file (INDD + IDML + Links + Fonts)
Final print-ready PDF
All links must be updated and working (no missing images)

Requirements:
Strong experience with Adobe InDesign
Experience working with multi-language layouts preferred
Attention to detail and ability to preserve formatting

Budget:
We are offering a fixed project rate per catalog.
