IngramSpark Book Layout & Cover

I have a completed non-fiction manuscript sitting in Microsoft Word and a draft cover prepared in Canva. Now I need both files professionally transformed into press-ready PDFs that IngramSpark will accept on the first upload.

Interior
• The manuscript must be rebuilt in Affinity Publisher (or comparable layout software) using clean, readable serif body text.
• Final trim size, margins, bleeds, running headers, page numbers, and front-matter sequencing all have to match IngramSpark’s current print specs.
• The layout should elegantly weave in my existing images/illustrations, tables/charts, and call-out quotes, maintaining consistent placement and styles from start to finish.
• When everything is locked, export a PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-3 that passes IngramSpark’s pre-flight without warnings.

Cover
• Use the Canva design as a visual guide, but rebuild the full cover—front, spine, and back—on IngramSpark’s template for my exact page count so the spine width is precise.
• Apply proper bleed, safe zones, and embed fonts; export a separate print-ready PDF that meets their colour and resolution requirements.

Deliverables
1. Print-ready interior PDF
2. Print-ready full-cover PDF
3. Source files (Affinity Publisher package and any assets) so I can make future tweaks if needed
