Informational Flyer Design

I need a single-page flyer that clearly conveys information rather than merely showcasing visuals, so the layout must be content-driven with a strong hierarchy and plenty of white space. The aim is for readers to grasp the key points at a glance, making the copy the hero while supporting it with clean, professional graphics.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A print-ready PDF (A4) plus editable source file in either Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
• Typography and color choices that keep the overall feel modern and uncluttered
• Space for approximately 250–300 words of text and one small logo
