Industrial Magazine Ad Enhancement

I have already roughed out the full-page layout for a steel-industry magazine placement and now need a skilled eye to make it pop. Dimensions (213 x 283 width x height (mm)
8.25 x 11.125 width x height (in.)_ The overall structure, copy, and imagery positions are locked- although I am open for other ideas; what I mainly need is a fresh, professional treatment on the background and borders so the ad feels cohesive and professional.
Here’s what you should know before jumping in:
• I’ll supply the key product photos and logos, so you won’t have to hunt for stock shots.
• The rough ad layout is provided with this description.
• A defined color palette is ready—please follow it closely to keep brand consistency.
• All text is in approximate location; feel free to finesse font weights or kerning only if it aids readability without shifting the content layout.
Deliverables
1. Print-ready press PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed and trim marks as specified by the publication-- I will provide the template the magazine requires--eps, indd, psd).
Acceptance Criteria
• Background treatments are clean, modern, and do not overpower the steel product imagery.
• Borders frame the content sharply, aligning with the provided color scheme.
• Final PDF passes the publication’s preflight check without issues.
Needs completed by Jan 19th.
