Indesign Setup for Event Displays
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I already have all of my brand artwork (need help with resizing the illustrations and resolution) plus the supplier’s die-line templates. What I need now is a competent Adobe InDesign operator who can merge the two into clean, press-ready files for a promotional display kit.
The job covers every element in the package—gazebo roof and full wall, feather flags, directors chairs, table cloth, and a pop-up A-frame. My brand guidelines are detailed, so you’ll have exact colour values, typography rules, logo clear-space and imagery usage notes to follow; nothing needs inventing, only accurate application.
Deliverables (print-ready, PDF, with bleed and trim marks):
• Gazebo roof artwork
• Gazebo full-wall artwork
• Flag artwork
• Directors chair panels
• Table cloth layout
• Pop-up A-frame faces
Each file must match the supplier’s size, safe-zone and resolution specs and be packaged with fonts and linked images or exported as PDF as requested. A brief proofing round (minor tweaks only) is included before final hand-off.
If you’re comfortable juggling multiple artboards, managing spot colours, and double-checking bleed, this should be straightforward. Let me know your timeframe and any clarifying questions, and I can share the templates immediately.
