I already have the finished visual concepts for a small set of real-estate flyers. I now need those layouts rebuilt in Adobe InDesign so they become fully editable templates that my team can reuse each time a new property comes on the market.
Everything is static, no buttons, forms, or other interactive features—so the focus is on clean print production. Please structure the files with proper master pages, paragraph and character styles, linked image frames, and colour/paragraph swatches so swapping photos and text is quick and error-free.
Font's Minion Pro for headers and publica sans for main body copy
Acceptance criteria:
• One .indd and matching design file
• All styles and swatches clearly named and applied
• Text and photo placeholders easy to locate and replace
• Final PDFs that meet standard commercial print specs
If you work in the most recent InDesign version, great, just be sure to back-save to .idml for compatibility. I've attached the logo and artwork files, brand colours, and sample property data as soon as we start.
