InDesign Notebook Layouts for BookVault
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to roll out a series of lined notebooks through BookVault and need an experienced InDesign specialist to turn my concept into production-ready files. I already have the interior line template you’ll follow, along with full branding guidelines—fonts, colour palette, and cover direction—so you’ll be working within a defined look and feel rather than starting from scratch.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Set up the document in InDesign to BookVault’s exact trim size, bleed and margin specs.
• Import my lined-page template and apply paragraph/character styles so everything stays consistent and editable.
• Design the cover (front, spine and back) to match the brand guidelines I’ll supply.
• Export a print-ready PDF and, if possible, handle the direct upload to BookVault or at least give me the correctly packaged files.
I’ll provide all logos, fonts and imagery as soon as we begin. Accuracy to BookVault’s requirements is critical—colour space, spine width calculation and embedded fonts must be spot-on for the file to pass their pre-flight. Let me know if you’ve worked with BookVault before or have similar POD experience, and please share a sample of a multi-page InDesign project you prepared for print.
Looking forward to collaborating and getting these notebooks on the shelf quickly.
