Image Nesting for Fabric Roll PVC 900GSM
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I have 9 finished image files, each already set to their exact pixel dimensions. What I need now is someone who can take those individual files, lay them out efficiently on a continuous-width fabric roll template, and supply the final artwork as a print-ready PDF.
Please keep every illustration at its current size—no shrinking or stretching—while arranging them to minimise fabric waste. The file must be delivered as a single, correctly paged PDF that i can send direct to digital large format printer. The files should all have a 70mm bleed incorporated in them. The roll of 900GSM PVC is 320cm wide, I am needing to nest the files as close to the outer edges of the roll on either side as after printing the roll of fabric will be cut in half (160cm) which will then be flame laminated. The goal is to nest to use as little as fabric as possible but allowing enough clearance in the centre of roll for cutting.
When you’re done, I’ll review the PDF on screen, check the nesting efficiency and confirm the dimensions match the originals before releasing the milestone.
