Homes4All Branding Collateral Package
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Homes4All is the community-minded housing charity my late father founded, and I’m now steering it forward. To refresh our visual presence I need a small suite of print-ready designs built around the red-and-black palette that already resonates with our audience.
I’ll share several AI-generated references so you can gauge the look and feel we like before refining the final mark. Once the logo is locked in (supplied on a transparent background for easy reuse), I’d like matching collateral that carries the same spirit across every touchpoint.
For clarity we do have a logo already that we would be using but want it remade the same but transparent background for ease of reuse, along side the below items.
Key deliverables
• Logo: high-resolution SVG, PDF and PNG with transparent background. (we can supply logo we will be using)
• Business card layout: front & back, incorporating name, title and full contact information.
• Estate-agency board: double-sided design suitable for standard “For Sale/To Let” board dimensions.
• Presentation folder / info-pack cover and inner spread.
• Expo materials: a pull-up banner and a large backdrop banner sized for 3 m trade-show booths.
Please supply print-ready files (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, outlined fonts) plus editable source files (AI or PSD). Consistent typography, visual hierarchy and brand-appropriate imagery are essential so everything feels cohesive when it’s displayed side-by-side.
If you’re comfortable turning rough concept references into polished, production-ready art, I’d love to see relevant samples of past identity work and talk timelines.
